Why did we start Earkart?
After thousands of patient appointments across the NHS and private providers, our founder Nikhil Javarappa, a Master's-qualified, HCPC-registered audiologist, kept seeing the same thing: people paying premium prices without getting premium support. Earkart exists to close that gap.

A Master's-qualified, HCPC-registered audiologist, Nikhil has led and delivered audiology services across NHS and private healthcare organisations throughout the UK. Over his career he has supported thousands of patients, from first hearing tests to long-term aftercare.

Rohit Misra has spent 25 years making hearing care reach the people who need it. 15 of those were at Starkey, one of the world’s leading hearing aid manufacturers, in senior leadership before that, Lumenis, Allergan and GSK. He founded EarKart to fix what he had watched go unfixed from the inside: hearing care priced, staged and located out of reach of ordinary people. Today the group operates across India, the United States and the United Kingdom, built on one principle bring the care to the patient, not the other way round.
